Application ProcessStep 1: Initial Application
Undergraduate Application:
Graduate Application:
There are currently no openings in MCU's Graduate program. We recommend that you apply for the Bachelor's program. If you are accepted as an MCU student, you can be put on a waiting list for openings as they occur in the Graduate program. In the meantime, you can complete course work that would apply to either the Bachelor or Graduate program. Step 2: Interview Once MCU receives your materials, an official interview is scheduled. This interview is typically done over the phone, and will last 30-45 minutes. The purpose of the interview is to make sure that you feel confident that MCU is the right program for you and that MCU feels that you will be successful in the program. You will also receive an initial program orientation. Step 3: Notification by Registrar The decision to admit a student into the program is made by the Registrar. The Registrar will notify the applicant of admission, conditional admission, or nonadmission. After all of your required application materials have been received and your interview is complete, your file will be submitted to the MCU application committee. You will be notified of the final decision of the committee. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance packet with the necessary materials to begin your program. Upon acceptance, you must complete the MCU Enrollment Agreement and Financial Agreement (Read, sign and return the Enrollment Agreement and the Financial Agreement), pay the Enrollment Fee and the Annual Student Fee. 1174 E 2700 S STE 8 SLC, UT 84106-2671 1-866-680-2756 1-801-649-5230 Fax: 1-866-207-2024 office@midwifery.edu |
